Ekonomik yönüyle risk ortamlarında dahi önemli bir yatırım aracı olarak kabul gören tablo eser sahibi olmak veya bir başka anlatımla koleksiyonerlik, toplumda prestij yönüyle önemli bir varlık göstergesi haline gelmiştir. 15. ve 16. yüzyıllarda Floransa’da başlayan bu ilgi odağı, bu gün dünyada önemli bir sanat piyasasını oluşmuştur. Sanat piyasasının günümüzdeki ekonomik boyutunun 2016 yılı için 56.6 milyar dolar seviyesinde gerçekleştiği Forbes raporlarında açıklanmıştır. Türkiye’deki pazar boyunun ise 2017 yılı için 69 milyon TL ciroya ulaştığı yine aynı raporda açıklanmıştır. Bu rakamlar Türk resim sanatı piyasasının ekonomik boyutlarının ölçeği bakımından önemlidir. Sanat piyasasına olan ilginin düzeyi yatırımcı yönüyle ele alındığında sektörün risk unsurları vardır. Bu risk ise, yatırımcı ve koleksiyonerler içinbüyük sorun olan tablo sahteciliğidir. Resim piyasasında alıcının karşılaştığıbüyük sorun, satın alacağı tablonun öncelikli olarak orijinal olup olmadığı ve değer tespitinde karşılaştığı risktir. Bu makalede, tablo resim sektörünün bu günkü ekonomik boyutu, yaşadığı sorunlar, sanat eseri sahtecilikleri, tablo inceleme yöntemleri, Türkiye’deki durum, eksper sorunu ve tablo eser incelemede güncel gelişmeler üzerine yapılan araştırma özetlenmiştir. Ayrıca eser güvenliği için dünyada az sayıda geliştirilen yeni teknolojiler değerlendirilmiş, Türkiye’de Gazi Teknopark, Ar-Ge projesi olarak geliştirilen, incelemeli patentin kullanıldığı “Kriptometrik Sanat Eseri Künyesi”nin güvenlik seviyesi incelenmiştir.
Being an instrument of painting, which is regarded as an important investment instrument even in the environment of economic risk, or, in other words, collectivity has become an important indicator of asset in respect of prestige in society. This focus of interest, which began in Florence in the 15th and 16th centuries, has become a major art market in the world today. The current economic size of the art market was $56.6 billion for 2016. The market length in Turkey has reached 69 million TL for the year 2017, according to the same report. These figures are important in terms of the scale of the economic dimensions of the Turkish painting market. When the level of interest in the art market is addressed in the investor’s direction, the industry has risk elements. This risk, however, is a big problem for investors and collectors. The big problem the buyer faces in the picture market is whether the table to buy is primarily original and the risk it faces in the value determination. This article summarizes the research on the current economic dimension of the painting industry, the problems it experiences, the artwork fraud, the methods of painting review, the situation in Turkey, the expert problem and the current developments in painting work review. Furthermore, a small number of new technologies developed in the world for the safety of works have been evaluated, the security level of the "Cryptometric Art Works Count" has been studied, developed as a R&D project in Gazi Technopark in Turkey.
