Bu makalenin amacı açıköğretim yöntemiyle öğrenim gören lisans öğrencilerinin girişimcilik eğilimlerinin belirlenmesi ve kişilik özelliklerinin girişimcilik eğilimine etkisinin belirlenmesidir. 2018-2019 öğretim yılında İşletme Fakültesinin İşletme, İngilizce İşletme, Konaklama İşletmeciliği, Havacılık Yönetimi, Uluslararası Ticaret ve Lojistik Yönetimi programlarında öğrenim gören öğrencilerin girişimcilik niyeti ölçeği ve 5 faktörlü kişilik ölçeğine verdikleri cevaplar kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan 370 öğrencinin girişimcilik eğilimlerini ölçmek amacıyla Linan & Chen (2009) tarafından geliştirilen girişimcilik niyeti ölçeği, katılımcıların kişilik özelliklerini ölçmek için de Rammstedt & John (2007) tarafından geliştirilen beş faktör kişilik ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veriler betimsel olarak analiz edilmiş ve öğrencilerin girişimcilik eğilimini etkileyen faktörler Planlanmış Davranış Modeli temel alınarak yapısal eşitlik modeli ile belirlenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularının planlanmış davranış modeline uyum gösterdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The aim of this paper is to determine the entrepreneurship intentions of undergraduate students studying with the open education method. Entrepreneurship intention scale developed by Linan & Chen (2009) was used to measure the entrepreneurship characteristics of the students. A five-factor personality scale developed by Rammstedt & John (2007) was used to measure the personality traits of the participants. 370 students participated in the research. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed descriptively and the factors affecting the entrepreneurship intentions of the students were tried to be determined by the structural equation model based on the Planned Behavior Model. It was concluded that the findings of the research consistent with the planned behavior model.
