Abstract:

This research is designed to study the impact of the psycho-education program prepared for psychological well-being on the level of well-being of university students. The study used a semi-experienced pattern of the predest estest control group. The study was conducted on students of the 3rd grade of the Department of Psychological Consultancy and Guidance of the Sabahattin Zaim University. The study’s experimental group and control group were formed with a total of 18 students, including 9 student control groups, identified by unselective appointment among the students who agreed to participate voluntarily in the study. The research has used the psychological well-being scale as a data collection tool. The experimental group was applied to the psycho-education program, while in the control group there was no application. A non-parametric Mann Whitney-U test was conducted to determine whether there is a significant difference in the scale of good formation of the test and control group in the pre-test and estest points. The test and control group were performed in a non-parametric Wilcoxon Signed Screenshots Test to determine whether the estest scores were significantly reduced or not according to the pre-test scores. The results of the analysis found a significant difference in the total score base between the pre-test and estest points of the experiment group. The results obtained were discussed in the context of other research and field writing.
