Bu çalışmasının amacı; örgütsel iletişimin örgütsel yenilik üzerindeki etkisinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmada örgütsel iletişim ve örgütsel yenilik kavramları incelenmiştir. Bu çerçevede örgütsel iletişim ve örgütsel yenilik bileşenlerin belirlenmesine çalışılmıştır ve araştırmanın teorik bölümü tamamlanmıştır. Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında İstanbul’da faaliyet gösteren Arçelik A.Ş.’de çalışanlar ile yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile 408 anket uygulanmıştır. Örgütsel iletişimin örgütsel yeniliğe etkisi teorik olarak açıklanmıştır. Sonuç olarak örgütsel iletişimin örgütsel yeniliği etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Literatürde örgütsel iletişim ve örgütsel yenilik kavramları öncelikli konular arasında yer almaktadır. Bu nedenle, bu kavramlar arasındaki etki, neden ve sonuçları ile açıklanarak literatüre katkıda bulunulmuştur.
The aim of this work is to determine the impact of organizational communication on organizational innovation. The research has studied the concepts of organizational communication and organizational innovation. In this framework, the identification of the components of organizational communication and organizational innovation has been done and the theoretical part of the research has been completed. Arçelik A.Ş. operating in Istanbul in the implementation of the work.In 408 surveys were implemented with the face-to-face conversation method with employees. The impact of organizational communication on organizational innovation is theoretically explained. As a result, it has been found that organizational communication affects the organizational innovation. In literature, the concepts of organizational communication and organizational innovation are among the topics. Therefore, the influence between these concepts was contributed to literature by explaining the causes and consequences.
