Bu çalışmanın amacı, geçiş ekonomilerinde 1995-2014 dönemleri arasında ticari açıklık, beşeri sermaye ve ekonomik büyüme arasındaki ilişkiyi analiz etmektir. Analiz kapsamında, paneli oluşturan değişkenler arasında ve modelde yatay kesit bağımlılığının olup olmadığı test edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda yatay kesit bağımlılığını dikkate alan ikinci nesil CADF birim kök testi uygulanmıştır. Değişkenler arasındaki nedensellik ilişkisi Emirmahmutoğlu ve Köse (2011) nedensellik testi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçları, değişkenlerde ve modelde yatay kesit bağımlılığının olduğunu göstermiştir. Emirmahmutoğlu ve Köse (2011) nedensellik testinde, geçiş ekonomilerinde ticari açıklık ve ekonomik büyüme arasında çift yönlü nedensellik ilişkisi elde edilmiştir. Benzer şekilde sağlık harcamaları ile ekonomik büyüme arasında çift yönlü nedensellik ilişkisi olduğu görülmüştür.
The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between commercial transparency, human capital and economic growth in transitional economies between the period 1995-2014. In the framework of the analysis, it has been tested whether there is a horizontal cut dependency between the variables that form the panel and in the model. The second-generation CADF unit root test, which takes into account the horizontal cutting dependency according to the results obtained, was implemented. The causality relationship between the variables was analyzed using the causality test of Emirmahmutoğlu and Köse (2011). The results of the analysis showed that variables and models have a horizontal cut dependency. Emirmahmutoğlu and Köse (2011) in the causality test, a bilateral causality relationship between commercial transparency and economic growth in the transitional economies was achieved. In the same way, there has been a bilateral causal relationship between health expenditure and economic growth.
