Bu çalışma etik liderlik, örgütsel adalet ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki doğrudan ve dolaylı ilişkiye odaklanmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, etik liderlik algısının örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerindeki etkisini belirleyebilmek ve bu etkide örgütsel adalet algısının aracılık rolünü ortaya koyabilmektir. Analizler için kullanılan veri, Sivas’ta yer alan iki farklı devlet hastanesindeki 327 çalışandan anket yöntemi kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Hipotezleri test etmek amacıyla hiyerarşik regresyon analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, etik liderliğin, örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının diğergamlık ve vicdanlılık boyutları üzerindeki etkisinde algılanan örgütsel adaletin tam aracılığının bulunduğu, centilmenlik boyutu üzerindeki etkisinde ise kısmi aracılığının bulunduğu belirlenmiştir. Fakat etik liderliğin, örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının nezaket ve sivil erdem boyutları üzerinde algılanan örgütsel adaletin herhangi bir aracılık etkisi tespit edilememiştir.
