So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

In this study, the aim was to determine proficiencies of school administrators. The research is in descriptive survey model. In the study, 124 school administrators and 271 teachers were reached. In the research, proficiency level scale of school administrators was used as data collection tool. In the research, descriptive statistics, t-test and Anova test was used in analysis of the data. In the research, it was understood that school administrators found themselves more proficiency when compared to teachers. It was observed that opinions of school administrators on their proficiencies varied significantly in dimensions of communication, human resources management and personality, and this variance was among administrators of Anatolian High School and Science/Social Sciences High School. It was understood that Anatolian High School considered themselves more proficiencies in these dimensions. Opinions of school administrators relating to their proficiencies based on their status of seniority and administrative training did not vary significantly. When teachers’ opinions were compared in terms of seniority, it was understood that all dimensions of administrator proficiencies varied significantly and teachers with less seniority tended to find administrators more proficiencies. Opinions of teachers relating to school administrators’ proficiencies did not vary as per school type.
