So many results that aren't mine?

References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Çalışmada Türk Ceza Kanunu’nun 220. maddesinde düzenlenmiş olan “Suç İşlemek Amacıyla Örgütlenme Suçu”nun 765 sayılı TCK’da düzenlenme şeklinden farkları ortaya koyulduktan sonra, suçla korunan hukuki menfaat, suçun hukuksal niteliği, benzer suçlardan farkı, fail, maddi unsur, örgüt kavramı, örgütlenme ve uygunluk, manevi unsur, suçun özel oluşum biçimleri, yaptırım ve usul hükümleri incelenmiştir.
