Abstract:

Project choice, profitability, growth and increasing global competition are a very important decision that needs to be made in order for to survive. However, such decisions are often complicated because they contain many factors and multiple decision makers, both material and non-material. Multi-critical decision-making approach is a modeling and implementation tool developed to be used in such cases. Furthermore, the criteria weights and the rating of alternatives in this election decision are often assessed by low, medium, high, and other linguistic expressions rather than concrete expressions. Together with the distorted logic theory, CCCV methods can be used to meet these requirements in many critical decisions. This study also explained the process of decision-making of the choice of a project within a company using the VIKOR method, which is a foolish CKKV technique.
