So many results that aren't mine?

References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Türkiye’de memur sendikacılığı 1961 Anayasası’yla yasallık kazanmış; memur sendikaları 1965’de kurulmaya başlamıştır. Sivas’ta ilk memur sendikası öğretmenler tarafından kurulmuştur. 1965-1971 arası dönemde, bu şehirde diğer memurlar tarafından kurulmuş bir sendika yoktur. Ülkemizde, memur sendikacılığı, 1990’da fiili olarak yeniden başlamış; Sivas’ta özellikle 1992’den sonra çok sayıda memur sendikası kurulmuştur. Bu çalışmada, Sivas’ta kurulan memur sendikaları, sendikaların faaliyetleri ve sendikalaşma oranları incelenmiştir
