Abstract:

In this study, the aim is to study the influence of the mental skills and techniques used by the shooters in ranking shootings on the shot points. The study group of researchers designed in the relational scan model, 154 women and 154 men who participated in the Turkish Championship, consist of a total of 308 volunteer athletes. Adapted to Turkey, the Personal Information Form (SZAE) was presented with the Sports Intellectual Training Inventory (SZAE) based on the publicly declared ranking shots as a shooting performance standard. The survey was analyzed using the IBM SPSS 25.0 package program. In the process of analysis, it was used from identifying statistics, t test, correlation and regression analysis. The results of the research found a high and positive relationship between the SZAE scores and the shot points (r=0,842; p<0,05). According to this conclusion, it is possible to say that there is a positive relationship between the SZAE and the shots. When studied on the basis of the subdimensions, it appears that all subdimensions in question have a positive and meaningful relationship between the shots (p<0,05). According to the analysis of the regression, the sport category, square category, gender, sport age, national formation and the SZAE scale score are effective on the shot points of the shooters (R^2=0,754; F=153,654 p<0,05). Furthermore, the survey score is calculated as an influential variable over the shot score of the fighters (Beta = 0,817; p<0,05). As a result, it is observed that the mental skills used by the firearms have an increasing effect on the shell shot points.
