Abstract:

This study was conducted in order to identify the patient’s satisfaction and commitment to the institution that they hear from the services concerned affect the perceived value of the institution and does not differ according to the demographic characteristics of the patients, both standing and bed-treated patients, with the patient in a university education and research hospital in Turkey standing (824) and bed-treated patients (850) in order to identify the patient’s satisfaction and commitment to the institution. According to the results of the study, patients who are both standing and bed-treated have found that the levels of satisfaction and commitment to the institution that they hear from the healthcare services have a positive impact on the value perceived in relation to the institution. This effect has been found to make statistical differences in terms of all demographic variables except the gender variable. In patients treated by sleep, all demographic variables (gender, civic status, age, educational status and hospital preferences) were found to differ.
