So many results that aren't mine?

Levels Of Organizational Trust School Teachers' İn High School

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to determine the teachers’ views who work at vocational and technical high schools regarding organizational trust and examine these views in terms of several variables. The data of this research which uses the screening model was collected through 22-item "Organizational Trust Scale" developed by Yilmaz (2006). The last version of the scale used in this research consists of 38-item in total based on the relevant literature. The sample of this research included 344 teachers who work at high schools. According to the research results, teachers’ perceptions regarding trust is lined up from trust in the administrator, trust in the colleagues and trust in the stakeholders. Although there is not a significant difference according to gender variable, significant differences were observed in terms of age variables and the number of teachers.
