Abstract:

Coronavirus or Covid-19 disease is a infectious disease caused by a new virus. Since Covid-19 spreads very quickly, it creates a huge threat to human health. The negative effect of Covid-19, which is under the impact of almost the entire world, is of course not just on human health. The negative effects of Covid-19 have also begun to be seen on business, business and employees. Thus, Covid-19 has progressed towards becoming a major global threat in recent years, affecting both human health and working life. Therefore, while some workplaces switch to flexible work to prevent the virus from spreading too quickly, some workplaces have to stop their workplaces. This has increased labour costs in many workplaces, primarily in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). If the necessary measures are not taken in this process, it is clear that many will bankrupt and millions of people will remain unemployed.
