Abstract:

The basic form of criminal liability. The movement is committed by desire and consciousness. In some types of crime, the existence of a general purpose as well as a special purpose is required for the formation of the crime. This particular case is derived from the identity that is included in the definition of crime and should be presented in the act. Genocide is one of the crimes committed by private charges. For the formation of the crime of genocide, there must be the act of destroying all or part of the specified groups, in addition to the general purpose. This particular cast, which is included in the definition of crime, is an important element that distinguishes the crime from other crimes. In the event that this special purpose (the destruction of the whole or part of the group) is not present in the context of the criminal crime of genocide committed by the fail, but in the event of other circumstances, the crime against humanity or the criminal law may enter into the scope of another crime such as the deliberate murder of a man.
