Abstract:

This study was conducted to determine the levels of aggressiveness of amateur footballers. The universe of the research is made up of footballers of the teams fighting in the Amateur group in the 2019-2020 football season in Elazığ province. The examples of the study are in the 2019-2020 football season. 200 amateur footballers were formed from 14 teams selected by random method from the teams fighting in amateur. In order to identify the demographic information of the participants in our study, the personal information form (age, sports year, training status and year of work with the coach) and the level of aggression (Kiper, 1984) have been developed by the "Aggression Scale". In the analysis of the data, the SPSS package program was used.The error level was taken as p<0,05. The findings of the footballers involved in the investigation; According to age, sports year, level of training and the level of year of work with the coach, the scale of aggression is statistically significantly different between the levels of lower dimensions. According to the findings of our study, the devastating low-dimensional score average of the scale is 36.30 points and the average level of aggression is low. When the low-dimensional scores were studied, the aggressive scores were less than 45,58 below the average. When the edilgen aggression sub-dimensions were studied, it was found that the score was below the average by 33.50 and the score of aggression was low. As a result, research has found that the level of aggression among amateur athletes is low. We believe that the findings of the research will contribute positively to the perfonmans of the athlete by communicating the findings to coach, athlete and researchers.
