Ayakta ve yatarak tedavi gören hastalarda, hasta ilişkileri yönetimi uygulamalarının hasta memnuniyeti üzerindeki etkisini ve bu etkinin hastaların demografik özelliklerine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemek amacıyla Türkiye’de bir üniversite eğitim ve araştırma hastanesinde 824 ayaktan ve 850 yatarak tedavi gören hasta üzerinde yapılan bu araştırmaya göre hem ayakta hem de yatarak tedavi gören hastalarda hasta ilişkileri yönetimi uygulamalarının hasta memnuniyetini olumlu yönde etkilediği ve bu etkinin her iki grup hastanın demografik özelliklerine (cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş, eğitim durumu ve hastaların hastane tercihleri) göre farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın Türkiye’deki tek bir üniversite hastanesi ile sınırlı olması sonuçların genellenmesini engellemektedir. Bu nedenle daha sonraki araştırmalar için; bu tür çalışmaların birinci, ikinci, üçüncü basamak sağlık kuruluşları için ayrı ayrı ve daha büyük örneklemlerle yapılması önerilebilir.
In patients treated by standing and bed, the patient relationship management practices have a positive impact on the patient satisfaction and this effect is not different according to the demographic characteristics of patients in a university education and research hospital in Turkey, according to this study on patients treated by 824 feet and 850 bed, the patient relationship management practices in patients treated by standing and bed have a positive impact on the patient satisfaction and this effect is different according to the demographic characteristics of both groups of patients (gender, civil status, age, educational status and hospital preferences of patients). The fact that the research is limited to a single university hospital in Turkey prevents the generalization of the results. Therefore, for subsequent research; such studies may be recommended to be performed separately and with larger samples for the first, second, and third stages of health institutions.
