Bu çallşmanm amacı genç bayanlann 10 haftalık statik germe egzersizleri sonrası vücut yağ yüzdesi ve esneklik değişikliklerini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Çalışmaya yaşlan 20.70 olan 10 bayan gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Egzersiz öncesi ve sonrası sırası ile otur-uzan, sağ ve sol diz fleksiyon, spagat, kol esnekliği, omuz ekstansiyon ve fleksiyon, kalça ekstansiyon ve fleksiyon, gövde öne fleksiyon, gövde geriye ekstansiyon köprü ve vücut yağ yüzdesi ölçümleri almdl. Değişken/erin aritmetik ortalama, standart sapmalan ile birlikte ön ve son test değerleri t-testi analizi p<0.05 anlamlılık düzeyinde incelendi. Bu ölçümlerden ön-test ve son test sonucunda deneklerin otur-uzan, sağ ve sol diz fleksiyon, spagat, kol esnekliği, omuz ekstansiyon ve fleksiyon, kalça ekstansiyon ve fleksiyon, gövde öne ffeksiyon, gövde geriye ekstansiyon ve köprü esnekliği değerlerinde p<0.05 seviyesinde anlamlı bir değişme gözlenirken, vücut yağ yüzdesi değerlerinde önemli bir değişiklik gözlenmedi. The purpose of this scrolling is to reveal changes in body fat percentage and flexibility after 10 weeks of static scrolling exercises of young women. 10 women aged 20.70 participated as volunteers. Sitting-long, right and left knee flektion, spagat, arm flexibility, shoulder extension and flektion, shoulder extension and flektion, body forward flektion, body back extension bridge and body fat percentage measurements. The arithmetic average of the variable/the variable, along with the standard deformation, the pre- and final test values were studied at the t-test analysis p<0.05 level of meaning. From these measurements, pre-test and final test results observed a significant change in the seat-long, right and left knee flexion, spaghetti, arms flexibility, shoulder extension and flexion, shoulder extension and flexion, body forward ffection, body back extension and bridge flexibility values at the level p<0.05 while no significant change in the body fat percentage values was observed.
