Abstract:

The concept of female literature in the modern critical speech is a very controversial issue. It was highly criticized and had loads of supporters and opponents. This difference is due to the several points of views that tackle this topic. This concept made two major opinions: The first one accepts the labeling and the convention and defends the productions of women writes. The second view aims at banning the gender discrimination in literature, emphasizing the quality of the literary production, rather than on the gender of the producer. This research is aiming at the procedural side of the concept of female literature, and at what women writers produce in literature.
