Abstract:

In today’s conditions where competition is increasingly increasing, the importance of measuring and assessing the performance of has gained great importance. Today, need to make the right decisions to survive. For this purpose, many criteria of decision-making methods have been developed. Multi-critical decision-making methods ensure that decision makers make the right, reliable and quick decisions in an uncertainty environment. This study aims to evaluate the quality of services of tourism companies operating in Trabzon. In this way, the AHP and TOPSIS techniques have been used. These two methods have been solved using Excell and SuperDecisions programs. The AHP method is used to determine the importance of the main criteria and sub-criteria, while the TOPSIS method is used for the purpose of ranking tourism companies.
