Abstract:

In this study, the concept of family leadership has been viewed as a new leadership field. The first purpose of the study is to create a conceptual basis for family leadership. The other purpose of the study in the framework of this general objective is to be an inspiration for practices that will contribute to social quality and well-being through this theoretical basic aid created on family leadership. The study sought answers through a comprehensive literary scan of the questions created about the concept of family leadership. The information obtained from different databases on the subject has been analyzed and integrated in the framework of questions about family leadership. In this way, the concept of family leadership was defined, the species were determined and the dimensions were drawn. Family leadership is discussed within this theoretical basis created.
