The Board of Directors is one of the mandatory bodies of an anonymous company and manages and represents the company. The Board of Directors may be a single member, as well as a number of members. Members of the Board of Directors, in addition to their exclusive duties and powers, have other duties and powers provided for by the law and the basic contract. 6102 The task of the members of the board of directors in TTK is to be fulfilled equally with the shareholders. The obligations of handling, care and loyalty are arranged. Loyalty obligation also includes a set of prohibitions, such as not trading with the company, not debt, not competing, not participating in negotiations. These obligations and prohibitions are not limited by law and may also be regulated by the basic contract and other obligations and prohibitions.
