Abstract:

Bu araştırmada, temel cimnastik derslerinde kazanılan farklı kuvvet türlerinin çocuklarda cimnastik performansı üzerine etkilerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmaya 5 yıl süre ile okul müfredatında yer alan cimnastik eğitimini almış15 ve 16 yaş grubunda 90 erkek öğrenci gönüllü katılmışlardır. Öğrencilerin farklı beden bölgelerinde kuvvet özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 9 biomotorik test (dikey sıçrama, ileri sağlık topu fırlatma testi, patlayıcı kuvvet çakı testi, ayaklarla duvara vuruş testi, şınav testi, tekrarlı çakı testi, 90 derece squat pozisyonunda bekleme testi, gergin kollar ile asılma testi ve çakı pozisyonunda bekleme testi) uygulanmıştır. Cimnastik performanslarının değerlendirilmesinde amut, öne takla, geri takla ve yunus takla hareketlerinden oluşan seri, beden eğitimi öğretmenleri tarafından 1-5 puan arasında puanlanmıştır. Öğrencilerin seriden aldıkları teknik puanlarına göre kuvvet değerleri arasındaki farklar test edilmiş ve teknik puanlar ile kuvvet değerleri arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, alınan puanlara göre kuvvet değerleri arasında farklılıklar gözlenirken, özellikle 2 puan alan öğrencilerin kuvvet değerleri ile 5 puan alan öğrencilerin kuvvet değerleri arasındaki farklar istatiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur (p

Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of different gymnasts forces, gained during the basic gymnastics training. In this paper voluntarily participated 90 male, aged between 15 and 16 years old, who were part of 5 year school’s gymnastics training program. With the purpose to verify the analyzing of the strength factors in different regions of the body 9 motor tests are applied (vertical jump, throwing of medicine ball to forward, explosive force of corporal trunk, hitting the wall with foots, push-up test, repetitive force of abdominal strength, static squat position test, hanging test on a bar with arms outstretched, static position with summing abdominal muscles). The performance evaluation of gymnastics in the composition of verticals upon hands, gulping down forward, gulping down behind and gulping up forward was made from 1 to 5 points by teachers of the physical education. Based on results of gymnast’s evaluation performance on gymnastics techniques, there was a difference between force factors. And was analyzed the relation between forces factors and gymnastics elements. Results suggests that based on earned points by gymnasts there was a difference in values of physical tests, especially given differences statistically were more obvious between the group of gymnasts who won 2 and 5 points (p
