Amaç: Bu çalışma, DEHB’ i olan 6-14 yaş arası çocukların otistik belirtilerini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Ebeveynlere uygulanan Sosyal Cevaplılık Ölçeği (SCÖ) ile hasta ve kontrol grubuna uygulanan Otizm Spektrum Anketi (OSA) ile otistik belirtiler karşılaştırılmıştır. Ayrıca çocukların değerlendirilmesinde Sosyodemografik Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: DEHB grubunun SCÖ puanı sağlıklı konrtol grubundan daha fazladır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda sırasıyla, sosyal, dil, çekirdek, OA, OA sosyal, dikkati kaydırma, ayrıntıya dikkat etme, iletişim ve hayal gücü alt tiplerinde DEHB grubu sağlık kontrol grubundan daha fazla olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcıların OSA toplam puanı ve SCÖ toplam puanı ile dil, ilk kelime ve cümle arasında ilişki olup olmadığı ortaya çıkarmak için yapılan koralasyon sonucunda yaş ilerledikçe OSA puanı azaldığı tespit edilmiştir. Hem klinik örneklemde hem de epidemiyolojik örneklemde DEHB’nin erkeklerde kızlara oranla daha sık görüldüğü saptanmıştır. Sonuç: Yapılan araştırmaların çoğunda DEHB dikkat eksikliği baskın tipin diğer alt tiplere göre daha sık görüldüğü; dikkat eksikliği baskın tipi sırasıyla DEHB kombine tip ve DEHB hiperaktivite-impulsivite baskın tipin izlediği gözlenmiştir. Erkeklerde her 3 alt tipin kızlara oranla daha sık görüldüğü belirlenmiştir.
Purpose: This study was conducted with the aim of examining the autistic symptoms of children aged 6-14 with ADHD. Method: The Social Responsibility Measurement (SCO) applied to parents is compared with the Autism Spectrum Survey (OSA) applied to the patient and control group. In addition, a sociodemographic form of information was used in the assessment of children. The score of the DEHB group is greater than the score of the healthy conrtol group. The results of the analysis, respectively, found that the social, language, core, OA, OA social, attention shift, attention to detail, communication and imagination subtypes were more than the health control group. As a result of the correlation of participants to find out whether the total score of the OSA and the total score of the SCÖ and the language, the first word and phrase are related, the score of the OSA has decreased as the age advances. In both clinical and epidemiological samples, ADHD is found more common in men than in girls. Results: In most studies, the ADHD attention deficiency typ is more common than other subtypes; the ADHD attention deficiency typ is followed by the ADHD combined type and the ADHD hyperactivity-impulsivity typ respectively. It has been found that every three subtypes are more common than the girls.
