It is clear that the media is the special architect of the communication bridge between the managers and the managers. This is a feature that, in addition to being a reality in the nature of the business, also emphasizes the power of the media. This direct relationship between the public (people) and the media, which is considered to be the "successors of speech", gains a different dimension when it comes to the news phenomenon: at this point, the content and visual arrangement of the news, the formation, the gain of character as a message and the formalization into the formal structure becomes a process decided by the editors. The role of the news editors, defined as "cover guards" in the media jargon, in this process is not only to open communication channels and focus on the agenda that sometimes changes by hour, but also to guide the mental formation of the audience/readers through a series of news. But the question of who/who belongs the last word on the issue of the news comes up. Coastal guards are also the spokesman of the media owners who are also referred to as "patronage"? So how will they tell in the name of “Kamuoyu”? Is this contradiction in the nature of the media? These questions are always discussed. This is also the main reason for the publication of editors due to periodically found and due to administrative disputes or "new construction": who should say the last word?
