Abstract:

The scene he encounters during the filming of the wizard George Melies, his camera is stuck and the scene he encounters after replaying the camera, can be defined as a milestone of private and visual effects. Melies, who was stuck with the camera, watched the bus's funeral car when he re-played the film he had taken in Paris, and a man became a lady. This situation has been effective in Melies' launching an effect in his films, and this technique he has found accidentally has also been used in many films. With technological advances, the effect applications formed according to the needs have reached unpredictable dimensions in the story of the cinema. The more important the script is for a film, the more important the effects used in the film are in strengthening the story of the film. How the script finds life in the film in an integrated way with an actor, the effects used in the film are also the most important parts of the film. Nowadays, an uneffective film has become unthinkable. In this context, information about what these effects are vital in the cinema, the definitions and applications are given, the literature has to prove that the use of both concepts in a single name is wrong with the definitions and applications, and the definitions of the artists working in the field of special and visual effects in the World Cinema have to prove that the two fields are different practices.
