Bu araştırma Eğitim Fakültesi öğrencilerinin girişimci liderlik eğilimlerinin incelenerek kontrol odaklılığı, yenilik ve yaratıcılık, genel girişimcilik özellikleri ve risk alma eğilimlerinin ne düzeyde olduğun tespit edilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi son sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmuştur. Araştırma için örneklem çekme yoluna gidilmemiş ve öğrencilerin tamamına anket uygulanmış, tamamı 347 olan öğrencilerin 256 kişisinden dönüt alınmış ve araştırmaya dâhil edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda Öğrencilerin girişimcilik eğilimlerinin sahip oldukları demografik faktörleri bağlamında bir farklılık gösterip göstermediği incelenmiş, ebeveynlerinin eğitim durumlarına ve kendi işine sahip olup olmama durumlarına göre p<0,05 düzeyinde anlamlı bir farklılığa rastlanmamıştır.
