Bu araştırmanın amacı, resmi ilköğretim okullarının II. kademesinde görevli öğretmenlerin; örgütsel muhalefetin sonuçlarına (muhalefetin öğretmen, yönetici ve okul üzerinde yol açtığı sonuçlar) ilişkin görüşlerini saptamaktır. Araştırma, genel tarama modelinde yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2011-2012 eğitim-öğretim yılında Mardin il merkezindeki resmi ilköğretim okullarının II. kademesinde görevli öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Evrenden random yöntemi ile seçilen 191 öğretmen araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veriler, Özdemir (2010) tarafından geliştirilen Örgütsel Muhalefet Ölçeği”nin ”Muhalefetin Sonuçları” bölümü kullanılmıştır. İlgili bölüm 26 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Anlamlılık düzeyi ,05 olarak alınmıştır. Verilerin analizi sonucunda; yöneticilerin, muhalif davranış sergileyen öğretmenlere yönelik sergiledikleri en yüksek düzeyli davranış sıkı denetim altına alma, en düşük düzeyli davranış ise, beni tehdit eder.
