Abstract:

Sheer's records are one of the most important sources that enable us to learn about culture, civilization, administration, social, economic, legal structure and urban life during the history process. These first-hand resource values include the Ottoman era sher's court records. The publication of this book and its contents reveals the cultural life of the Ottoman society, the daily life and the legal structure of the state. Therefore, the examination and introduction of the records to Sher is of great importance for the contribution to the work that will be done in this field. In this article, the 1-64 possessors were introduced by examination after information on the 8th book containing court records between the years 1040-1051(1631-1642) of the Monastery Women's Court. After giving information about the number 8 book, a brief information about the records was given to the sher and the documents contained in the book were drawn up and presented in the form of a summary.
