Şer'iyye sicilleri, Osmanlı tarihinin en önemli kaynaklarından birisidir. Zira siciller, ait oldukları bölge hakkında siyasi, idari, askeri, iktisadi, hukuki, dini ve kültürel açıdan oldukça değerli bilgiler içermektedir. Osmanlı Devleti'nde merkez ile taşrada yaşayan insanların hukuki ilişkilerini yansıtan şer'iyye sicilleri, özellikle sosyal ve yerel tarih araştırmacıların temel başvuru kaynaklarındandır. Şer'iyye sicilleri, ait oldukları dönem ve yer hakkında önemli bilgilere sahip olmasından dolayı, şeriyye sicillerinin tanıtımı ve fihrist çalışmalarının yapılması, özellikle yerel tarih açısından büyük bir önem arz etmektedir. Söz konusu çalışmalara küçük bir katkı sağlaması amaçlanan bu makalede, Harput Kazası'nın 1662-1663 tarihli 350 numaralı şer'iyye sicillinin tanıtımı ve fihrist çalışması yapılmıştır.
The records of Sheri's are one of the most important sources in the Ottoman history. The Zira records contain very valuable information about the region to which they belong, political, administrative, military, economic, legal, religious and cultural. The sheriff records that reflect the legal relationships of people living in the center of the Ottoman State with the town is the main source of application for social and local history researchers. Because the sherry records have important information about the period and place to which they belong, the promotion of sherry records and the conduct of the hihrist works, especially from the point of view of local history, is of great importance. In this article intended to provide a small contribution to the studies, the record of the Harput Accident, number 350 of 1662-1663, was introduced and the work of the harpist was done.
