Abstract:

The main purpose of this study is to study whether the positive levels of psychological capital (self-sufficiency, hope, psychological resilience and optimism) of employees in the banking sector have an impact on their innovative behavior. To this goal, the data has been collected from the bank employees who are employed in the Bandırma district of Fiskesir using the sampling and survey method. 125 studies have been carried out. The research results in the regression analysis found that psychological resilience from the subdimensions of positive psychological capital significantly affects innovative behavior. However, the positive psychological capital subdimensions have been determined that the levels of self-sufficiency, hope and optimism do not affect innovative behavior.
