Abstract:

Eğitim ve öğretim en temelde ailede başlayacak ve devamında da okul yaşamıyla olgunlaşmaya başlamaktadır. Çocuk önce aileden aldığı eğitimi okulla devam ettirir. Çocuğun gelişimini tamamlayan bu süreçte eğitimde bir aksamanın olması çocuğun hak arama, demokrasi bilinci gibi konularda yeteri düzeyde gelişimini engelleyecektir. Tamda bu noktada Hukuk ve Adalet dersinin amacı toplumda hukuk ve adalet bilincini küçük yaşlardan itibaren oluşmasını sağlamaktır. Günümüzde demokrasinin sağlıklı bir şekilde işleyebilmesi Hukuk ve Adalet bilincinin oluşturulduğu bireylere bağlıdır. Bu çalışma kapsamında da ortaokul öğrencilerinin Hukuk ve Adalet dersine ilişkin görüşleri değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada tarama modelinde nitel ve nicel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini ülkemiz genelinde Hukuk ve Adalet dersini alan öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise Tokat ilinde Hukuk ve Adalet dersini alan öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen “Hukuk ve Adalet dersine ilişkin öğrenci görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesi” anketi ile elde edilmiştir. Ankette yer alan nicel veriler SPSS 22.0 istatistik analiz programı kullanılarak tablo haline getirilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında elde edilen nitel maddelere ilişkin veriler ise kategorilere ayrılarak, tablo haline getirilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında elde edilen sonuçlara göre Hukuk ve Adalet dersine ilişkin öğrenci görüşlerinde dersin katkısının olduğu yönünde sonuçlar ortaya çıkmış ve Öğrencilerin dersi günlük hayatla bağdaştırabilmelerine yardımcı olmak için ders esnasında örnek olay, drama, ilgi çekici hikâyeler ve çeşitli görsellerle desteklenmiş bir eğitim ortamı sunulması gerektiği önerilmiştir. Within the scope of this study, the opinions of secondary school students about the Law and Justice course were evaluated. Qualitative and quantitative research methods were used in the survey model. The universe of the study consists of students taking Law and Justice course in our country. The sample of the study consisted of students taking Law and Justice course in Tokat. The research data were obtained by the Evaluation of students’ opinions about Law and Justice course “developed by the researcher. Quantitative data in the questionnaire were tabulated and interpreted by using SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis program. The data on the qualitative substances obtained within the scope of the research were categorized and tabulated and interpreted. According to the results of the study, it is suggested that there is a contribution of the course in the opinions of students about the Law and Justice course, and it is suggested that the students should be provided with a education environment supported by case studies, drama, interesting stories and various visuals. Education and teaching will start primarily in the family and will continue to mature with school life. The child continues the education he has received from the family at school. Having a disruption in education in this process that complete the development of the child will prevent the child from developing adequate levels in issues such as the right search, democracy consciousness. It is at this point that the purpose of the Law and Justice course is to ensure that the awareness of law and justice in society is formed from the youngest age. Today, the ability of democracy to function in a healthy way depends on the individuals in which the consciousness of Law and Justice is formed. In this study, the opinions of high school students on Law and Justice courses were evaluated. The research has used qualitative and quantitative research methods in the screening model. The universe of research is formed by students who take courses in Law and Justice throughout our country. The examples of the study are formed by students who take the course of Law and Justice in Tokat. The research data was obtained with the survey "Evaluation of student opinions on the Law and Justice course" developed by the researcher. Quantitative data included in the survey are made tables and interpreted using the SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis program. The data related to the quality materials obtained within the framework of the research are divided into categories, made tables and interpreted. According to the findings obtained in the course of Law and Justice, the students’ opinions about the course have resulted in the contribution of the course, and it was suggested that during the course a educational environment supported by examples of events, drama, interesting stories and various images should be presented to help students adapt the course to everyday life.
