Abstract:

The morality represents the whole of the characteristics of man from creation and the habits, habits and behaviors he adopts later. It is a sign of goodness and quality in its own use. Hospitals at the beginning of the corporate basis need to be examined on the ethics. Hospitals are institutions that serve human health. The interaction between both the healthcare staff and the patient who serves, and the interaction of the hospital staff with the internal and external stakeholders, generate a series of consequences in the manner of immorality. In Turkish literature, the new use of the concept of "hospital morality" in the corporate sense is important in terms of the importance of the study. This study aimed at making an assessment of the morality of the hospital in the light of the concepts related to the morality of the profession and the labor morality. According to this, it can be said that there is a dual-directional hospital moral structure based on the hospital staff and patients.
