So many results that aren't mine?

Bu çalışmada, Erzurum’da görev yapan araştırma görevlilerine yönelik bir anket çalışması uygulanmıştır. Örgütsel güven ile örgütsel sessizlik arasındaki ilişkiler incelenerek çalışanların kurum içerisindeki güven algıları ve gösterdikleri sessizlik davranışları incelenmiştir. Örgütsel güven, riskli durumlarda kişinin örgütün kendisine etki edecek uygulamalara karşı emin olmasıdır. Örgütsel Sessizlik ise, iş görenlerin örgütteki sorunları fark edip anlamalarına rağmen, bu durumu üstlerine iletmekten çekinmesi ve suskun kalmayı tercih etmesidir.

Abstract:

In this study, a survey work was implemented to the researchers who worked in Erzurum. The relationship between organizational confidence and organizational silence has been studied by the employees’ perceptions of confidence within the institution and the silence behavior they show. Organizational confidence is that in risk situations the person is confident of the practices that the organization will affect him. The organizational silence is that, although the employers realize and understand the problems in the organization, they fear to communicate this situation to them and prefer to remain silent.
