Abstract:

(Medium and Long Term Fund Problems of Large-Scaled Hotels and Research on Managers’ Attitude for The Analysis of Public Offering Tendency to Capital Markets) Today, firms are succeeding their perpetuities remaining competitive as they are adapting to the fast integration process between countries, which is closely related to firms’ ability to provide the most suitable funds. Profitability, perpetuity and competency of firms depend on their decisions on financing issues. Therefore, financing of current and fixed assets must be provided from most favorable sources.Capital markets are of importance among efforts of firms, trying to remain standing against developments in global economies and increasing competitiveness, to provide financial sources. Thanks to capital market transactions, companies obtain a lot of benefits such as providing necessary financial sources for their investments, liquidity, increasing reputability in domestic and international markets and formation of institutional identity. The purpose of this study is evaluation of tendency of large-scaled hotels within the Mediterranean Region hotels to access medium and long-term funds and capital markets
