Üniversitelerde Verilen Girişimcilik Eğitimi Girişimci Kişilik Özelliklerini Nasıl Etkiler Deneysel Bir Araştırma

Girişimcilik, ülke ekonomisi açısından büyük bir önem taşımaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra girişimcilik, tüm ülkeler için önemli bir sorun olan işsizliğin etkilerinin azaltılması açısından anahtar bir rol üstlenmektedir. Tüm kişilik özelliklerinde olduğu gibi girişimci kişilik özelliklerinin de eğitimden etkileneceği bir gerçektir. Bu bağlamda, yükseköğrenimin verildiği üniversiteler, girişimciliğin gençlere öğretilmesi bakımından hayati bir fonksiyona sahiptir. Bu çalışmada; üniversitelerde verilen girişimcilik eğitiminin, girişimci kişilik özelliklerini (Kendine Güven, Yenilik, Başarma İhtiyacı, Kontrol Odağı, Risk Almak, Belirsizliğe Karşı Tolerans) ne ölçüde etkilediği Yarı-Deneysel Tasarım türlerinden biri olan tek gruplu ilk test – son test tekniği kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.  Bulgular; girişimcilik eğitiminin “Kendine Güven, Yenilik, Başarma İhtiyacı, Kontrol Odağı, Risk Almak ” boyutları üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi olduğunu göstermektedir.

Abstract:

Entrepreneurship is of great importance in the country’s economy. In addition, entrepreneurship plays a key role in reducing the effects of unemployment, which is a major problem for all countries. As with all personality characteristics, entrepreneurial personality characteristics will also be influenced by education. In this context, the universities in which higher education is provided have a vital role in teaching entrepreneurship to young people. In this study, one-group first test, which is one of the types of semi-experienced design, was analyzed using the latest test technique, which has an impact on the characteristics of entrepreneurial personality (self-confidence, innovation, need for success, control room, risk-taking, tolerance to uncertainty). The findings show that entrepreneurship training has a meaningful impact on the dimensions of “self-confidence, innovation, success need, control room, risk-taking”.
