The subject of this study is the development of the human resource in organizations Every development is actually a change or involves change according to its nature Therefore change management is also discussed as the subject of this study The study discusses what causes the change arises and what circumstances that make the natural group and change necessary in change after its nature is focused on the importance and fundamental values of the development of the human resource after the stages of the change process is emphasized.
