Bu araştırmada, İstanbul ili Anadolu Yakası devlet ilköğretim okullarında görev yapmakta olan rehber öğretmenlerin okul ortamında algıladıkları yıldırma davranışlarının çok boyutlu incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma İstanbul ili Anadolu Yakası’nda çalışmakta olan 306 rehber öğretmen (217 kadın, 89 erkek) üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak Abbas Ertürk tarafından geliştirilen ve araştırmacı tarafından uyarlanan ilköğretim okullarında çalışan rehber öğretmenlere yönelik yıldırma eylemleri anketi kullanılmıştır. Branş değişkeni açısından dağılımlar incelendiğinde104 (% 34,0)’ü sınıf öğretmeni, 167 (% 54,6)’si branş öğretmenidir. Bu durum branş öğretmenlerinin sınıf öğretmenlerinden daha çok yıldırma davranışına maruz kaldıklarını göstermektedir. Öte yandan yaş değişkeni incelendiğinde yıldırma davranışları uygulayanların 42 (% 13,7)’si 23-35 yaş grubundan, 123 (% 40,2)’ü 36-48 yaş grubundan, 106 (% 34,6)’sı 49 yaş ve üzeri gruptandır. Bu durum ülkemizde orta yaş grubu öğretmenlerin yıldırma eylemlerine daha çok başvurduklarını göstermektedir. İlköğretim devlet okullarında yıldırma davranışını uygulayanların 139 (% 45,4)’u yönetici, 116 (% 37,9)’sı öğretmen ve 16 (% 5,2)’sı idari personeldir. Yıldırma davranışlarını uygulayanların kurumdaki görev değişkenine bakıldığında, % 45,4 gibi bir oranla en çok yıldırma davranışını okul yöneticilerinin gerçekleştirdiği anlaşılmaktadır.
In this study, the aim of this study is to study the multi-dimensional behavior of the guiding teachers who are working in the state primary schools of Istanbul or Anadolu Yakası in the school environment. The study was carried out on 306 guided teachers (217 women, 89 men) who are working in the Anadolu Square of Istanbul. The research has used a screening model. As a data collection tool developed by Abbas Ertürk and adapted by the researcher, the guide teachers who work in primary schools have been used for the screening action survey. When the divisions are studied in terms of branch variable, 104 (% 34,0) are class teachers, 167 (% 54,6) are branch teachers. This situation shows that branch teachers are more exposed to blurring behavior than class teachers. On the other hand, when age variation is studied, 42 (13.7%) of those who practice blurring behaviors are from the age group 23-35 years old, 123 (40.2%) from the age group 36-48 years old, 106 (34.6%) from the age group 49 years old and older. This situation in our country shows that the middle-age group teachers are more applied to blurry actions. 139 (45.4) of those who practice blurry behavior in primary school schools are managers, 116 (37.9) are teachers and 16 (5.2) are administrative staff. If you look at the variable of the tasks in the institution, it is clear that the school managers perform the most of the tasks in the institution, with a rate of 45.4%.
