Abstract:

This study examines the demographic structure of the Repecik-Farming community dated the Neolithic era. The work material consists of remains of 170 individuals. The study aimed at determining the population structure of the community. In the community, the infant and child mortality is approximately 60% and the life expectancy at birth is 15 years. There is a situation between women and men in terms of life length and life expectancy against women. The average age of death for adults in the community is about 35 years old. The number of women in the sample is more than the number of men. In the diversity of community embedded practices, it has been determined that the age-related differentiation, especially for young babies, is associated with certain locations, the effect of death practices in the formation of the paleodemographic sample has been noted.
