In this research, it was tried to determine the candidate classroom teachers’ problems about managing the learning and teaching process and complying with the different social life of their assigned area, organizational culture and socialization process. The study used qualitative research methods and data was analyzed by using descriptive technique. The data were collected from 194 classroom teacher candidates in the province of Ağrı who was assigned in 2010. A semi-structured interview form named as "Compliance and Socialization Process of Candidate Classroom Teachers” was applied. According to the results, the majority of candidate classroom teachers experienced some problems about managing the learning and teaching processes, complying with the different social life of the assigned area and school organizational culture and socialization process. These problems were originated from classroom teacher candidates themselves, students, parents, and the organizational structure of the school environments
