So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

In this study, the relationships between teachers' organizational commitment and school administrators' ethical leadership behaviours have studied. The sample of the study consists of 267 teachers determined by a simple random sampling method who work 15 primary and secondary schools in 2012-2013 Academic Year in the center of Erzurum. Ethical Leadership Scale and Organizational Commitment Scale used for the collection of data. In this study as a descriptive research, standard deviation, mean, Pearson's product-moment correlation and multiple linear regression analysis was utilized for analysis of the data .In this study, the following conclusions were reached; Teachers' levels of affective commitment are higher than normative commitment and continuance commitment . For the perceptions of teachers, school administrators demonstrate ethics in decision making more than the other dimensions. Ethical leadership's dimensions of climatic ethics, communicative ethics, behavioral ethics and ethics in decision making are associated with teachers' emotional commitment, normative commitment and continuance commitment. As a result of this study, school administrators’ ethical leadership behavior affects teachers' organizational commitment has been concluded
