So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

The purpose of this study is to investigate relationship between, business ethics and organizational performance. The survey method has been implemented to the banks in İzmir Province. At the result of the research, has proven that the ethical behaviors of the managers in human resource functions affect the change in organizational performance
