So many results that aren't mine?

Bankalarda Kurumsal Yönetim ve Risk İlişkisi: Türkiye Uygulaması

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada bankalarda toplam riski etkileyen faktörler kurumsal yönetim uygulamaları temelinde incelenmiştir. Banka riskini etkileyen faktörler, Borsa İstanbul’da işlem gören bankaların 2007-2014 dönemine ait verileri kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Regresyon analizlerinde, sabit etkiler tahmin yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Analizler sonucunda elde edilen bulgular, yönetim kurulu ölçeği ile banka riski arasında negatif yönlü ilişki olduğuna işaret etmektedir. Ayrıca, bankalarda yönetim kurulu başkanının aynı zamanda genel müdür olması (ikilik) durumunda, banka riskinin azaldığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır
