Abstract:

One of the elements that influence the patient’s medical relationships is the form of processing health news in the media channels. However, news about health issues and the media content produced do not always enable this communication to go in a positive way. For when creating news stories, journalists are forced to take into account many aspects, such as time pressure, the obligation to framework, the obstacles arising from experiences and the expectations of the reader/spectator, and with internal and external motivation they can sometimes ignore the “criteria of successful journalism.” Specifically, the language and titles used to read the news increases the patient’s expectations in the further process, causing communication accidents enough to reach the oral and physical dimension of the hospital staff and doctors.  The study in your hands is based on the question of how health news may be of public benefit and more in theoretical context, on the one hand, the patient-doctor communication failures are trying to study in the context of health news while on the other hand, the health news issues and outcomes are addressed and the interactions of health news in public health are addressed. As a result of literature scan and media content evaluations, it was understood that discussions about health news and communication (such as the glorious gland forgotten in the operation) prevented the appearance of "good" news, the expectations created in the health sector and the monitoring/read rate prevented the professional communication of health issues, which also led to the isolation of a useful public news in the media.
