Abstract:

Chronic diseases are usually long-term health problems that require slow, regular and continuous treatment, care and follow-up. The inevitable increase of hypertension and diabetes especially in chronic diseases such as cancer in the world and our country cause organ damage and different chronic diseases. The quality of life is an important question even if the improvement is short and the life expectancy of chronic patients is long. Apart from the medical problems that are present especially in chronic patients, psychosocial problems decrease the quality of life of the patients. In order to increase the quality of life in the difficult treatment of patients, it is thought that clinical pyschologists and ergotherapists should be included in the team in our country in multidisciplinary approach. For this purpose, therapeutic approaches have examined the activities that can be used to reveal the relationship between psychology and art, and it has been found that the first beliefs of mankind relate a number of shamanism.
