Abstract Râgip Mehmet Pasha, known as Koca Râgip Pasha, is one of the most important artists and statesmen of the last period of Classical Turkish Literature. A lot of research has been done about Râgip Pasha's life, works and personality. Undoubtedly his most important work is the Dîvân. Ragip Pasha, who has a colorful personality in his social life, has works in the scientific, literary and translational style. Looking at the copyrighted works belonging to Râgip Pasha, it will be that it is literary, encyclopedic and scientific. Translation works are mostly historical content. In the sources there is also a magazine named Mecmu’a-yı Râgip Pasha, which belongs to the writer. There are Arabic, Persian and Turkish verse and prose literary text in the magazine. The work which is the subject of our essay and has the same name with the essay, was written in different content subjects in the term of content. There are three tractates in the magazine. These are: Risâle-yi Vasf-i Nabi, Risâle-yi Letâyif and Risâle-yi Telhisân-i Râgib. In the first chapter, the chapters of the Prophet are explained and and the work is a Prophet’s birthday. In the second chapter, Sultan III. Ahmed's Mora expedition is told. In the last part, there are some notes written by Râgip Pasha about various problems during his era. Râgip Pasha, one of the intellectual names of the period, has built a library on his behalf.
