Abstract:

While family companies become big, they provide their increasing capital needs from partners, corporate investors and small investors. This causes certain changes in the current capital structure of the enterprise and the division of the partnership and management structure of the enterprise. Family companies are becoming corporate anonymous companies over time, so corporate management appears as a need for family companies. The concept of corporate management that has increased importance in the study in recent years has been studied from the point of view of family companies. For this purpose, first and foremost the concept of corporate management, principles, importance and benefits have been studied. The stock exchanges in Istanbul (I.M.K. (b) the public opening of a family company in transaction, which is an important step in the name of corporationalization, has been done financial analysis (pre-analysis and comparative financial statements analysis) to identify the impact on the financial performance of the company. According to the findings obtained from the analysis, the company’s corporate development work has been achieved successfully and there have been increases in its financial performance after its public opening.
