Bu makalenin amacı, Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu’nun (TÜİK) 2007-2016 dönemi verileri kapsamında kadınlar arasında işgücüne katılım trendinin boyutlarını ve bu artışı etkileyen faktörleri analiz etmektir. Veriler, işgücü katılımını etkileyenönemli faktörün kadın eğitim düzeyindeki artışı olduğunu göstermektedir. İstatistikler üniversite mezunu kadınların diğer kadınlara kıyasla çok daha yüksek katılım oranına sahip olduğuna işaret etmektedir. Ayrıca, ortalama kadınlar arasında evlilik yaşının yükselmesi işgücüne katılımı etkileyen bir diğer faktör olarak ön plana çıkmaktadır. Buna paralel olarak doğurganlık oranındaki gerilemenin de kadınların işgücüne katılımını olumlu yönde etkilediği görülmektedir. Nihayet, boşanma oranlarındaki artışın bu trende katkıda bulunduğu açıktır.
the aim of this article is to analyze the size of the participation trend between women and women under the data of the turkish statistics institution in the year 20072016 and the factors affecting this increase, data shows that the labor participation of the preeemful factor has increased in the female education level, the statistics indicate that the university graduates have much higher participation compared to other women, as well as other factors affecting the participation of the age of marriage among the average women, in parallel with fertility, the fact that the women are positively affected by the participation of women’s labor, finally contribute to the increase in divorce rates in this train, which contributes to the increase of women’s in positive direction
