ar Commercial Arbitration is one of most necessary tools that are used to dispute resolutions that emerge from trade relations. This necessity of commercial arbitration has resulted from its efficiency in dispute resolutions generally. The parties to the conflict have the right to agree to entrust disputes to two proven and experienced competent arbitrators in the commercial field. This agreement occurs without being subject to litigation procedures, but it is done in strict secrecy, and solves a lot of problems that emerge because of misunderstanding of the foreign investor of the law because of the language barrier.
