Abstract:

With the development of the economy in Abstract Turkey, the investment spending in the health sector has increased, especially in hospitals. The increase in investment spending in the health sector has led to the question of whether the investments are efficient, whether the hospital services are improved or not, and whether they affect the quality of the service.  In this regard, especially in hospitals where patient-focused service is held in the forefront, the opinions from both patients and employees are taken, and the improvements are made in accordance with these opinions and recommendations. In these recommendation systems, which ensure the problem is effectively solved, the feedback received is an effective tool for improving the service. For this purpose, the staff of the Afyon Kocatepe University Hospital (AKU) were asked the survey questions prepared on the effects of the investment spending in the hospital on hospital services and quality of services. The results of the analysis found that there were significant differences between employees in terms of the impact of investment spending on hospital services and the quality of hospital services.
